What is a "low cost" airline? In our database a "low cost" airline is NOT necessarily the cheapest for your chosen route. Normal scheduled airlines often have fares or promotions that match or beat airlines in our database. However for our purposes a "low cost" airline has most of the following criteria -

Airlines don't always inform us of changes to their schedules. Although we
try to keep our database up to date, we do make mistakes. However
the most likely cause of a problem is that you are trying to book in the winter
and the airline does not do your route in the winter. Our database shows
routes that an airline has at any time of the year. We will be introducing
a "month of travel" option soon so that only flights available during
your desired month of travel are shown. If you know a route has been
cancelled completely and we still show it in our database we would appreciate it
if you let us know. Please let us know. At the moment the easiest way is to choose your "Fly From" country and select "Any Airport". You can then scroll through the list and find the airport nearest to you. Remember you can click the + icon and select "Airport Map" to see a map of exactly where the airport is.

the list and see if there are airports near where you want to be. Remember

Who Flies Where?

Although there are numerous "low cost" airlines available to us, finding out which one serves your route is difficult and time consuming. Here at LowCost we have done the work for you and created a database of "Who Flies Where?" | ||
| So now you can easily identify the airline (or indeed airlines) that best serve the route you want to travel. You can even click on the airport link and get a map of where the airport is. You may be surprised to find out that Frankfurt Hahn is rather a long way from Frankfurt! |  |

| So go ahead and try it. Find your lowcost flight on your lowcost airline. You need to enter at least a departure point or a destination. You can enter either or both if you want. You can enter either the country or the airport or again both. The more you enter the fewer routes are returned. Obviously the less detailed your request the more information you will receive. |  |

As an example let us say you want to travel from the UK to Rome. If you select "UK" as your departure country and "Rome" as you arrival airport, then ALL routes from anywhere in the UK to Rome will be returned. This could be useful if for example you live in Northampton. You would be able to choose between flights from Luton, Stanstead, Birmingham or East Midlands. |

Lowcost Flights
Please remember we are NOT an airline. You do not book "lowcost' flights with us. You do not pay any money to us. When you book "lowcost" flights, you do so directly on the airline web site. If you have a problem with the booking of a "lowcost" flight you should contact the airline directly.
Full Service Flights
Full Service flights are booked with our affiliate World Choice Travel.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address listed in your reservation immediately after you complete your reservation. This e-mail will include your itinerary details. If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer care department by phone (see below).
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot cancel a ticketed reservation on-line.

Be sure to have your Trip ID/reservation code available. Our support agents are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
It is not necessary to reconfirm your flight for domestic travel. Some international airlines do require passengers to call and reconfirm their flights with the airline 24 - 72 hours prior to departure. In this case contact the airline directly.
Callers outside the US should replace the "+" in the numbers above with their international access code (usually "00").

Hotel Bookings
Hotes are booked with our affiliate World Choice Travel.

Existing reservations: Contact a Customer Service representative at 1-866-270-2849 or +1-866-270-2849 if outside the US.

Car Rental
Cars are booked through our affiliate World Choice Travel.
In almost all cases you should contact the car rental company directly for changes or queries on reservations. Cancellations can be done online.
